The Senior Management Team (SMT) at OWSEO serves as the organization’s strategic leadership body, overseeing all critical aspects of our operations. This multidisciplinary team, comprised of the General Director, Deputy Director, Gender Advisor, Program Director, and Administration & Finance Manager, plays a central role in guiding our governance and driving key decisions.
