Konjak Village Clean Water Fountain

A new clean water fountain system was successfully established in Konjak Village, located in Afghanistan’s Takhar province, to ensure the community’s sustainable access to clean and safe drinking water.
The project was completed by the Omid Watan Social and Educational Organization (OWSEO) with the valuable support of the Kadim Yurtlar Solidarity Association (KYDD).

- Power Source: Solar-powered pumping system
- Drinking Water Point: 5-tap public fountain
- Beneficiary Families: 220
- Total Beneficiaries: Approximately 1,700 people
Thanks to this project, residents of Konjak Village can now access clean and safe drinking water conveniently and sustainably, without walking long distances.
